singing, "Who let the freaks out?" as the Nazis march by.

Or just laugh loudly and point, as if seeing something hilarious instead of frightening.

Line the streets with their backs turned away from the marchers.

Since the marchers are spontaneous invaders any response to them would be spontaneous, too, so only possible if people in an area have already considered responses and decided what they would do if the hate mongers show up.

The goal would be ridicule and public embarrassment.

Maybe someone could send a drone close enough to get photos. Or to drop water balloons on them.

Response from city officials would be limited to probably ineffectual public statements that the Nazis would ignore or take pride in, so it would be up to local populations.
