23. I appreciate all that LO stated, and the

way in which he stated it. But, it's also up to Harris' administration to set the ground rules. Old Don brokered no disrespect. He kicked reporters out of their ability to cover him if they didn't do it like he wanted them to do. From the very first, Harris needs to lay down the rules about respect for individual at the podium (no matter who they are); no screaming, no dissing, etc., etc., etc. Other administrations, I believe have done this at the start of their admin. I wouldn't blame Harris for doing it at her very first presser, even if her administration has not officially started yet. Bending over backwards and taking abuse does not lead to good outcomes, so... make it clear from the start what you expect. And, if the rules are broken, the rulebreakers are not asked back. At least, if I were in her position, that's what I'd do. YMMV.
