He actually had no real conversation; he just launched into a long, dense, tedious monologue that was really just the same topic every time, his "period of struggle", his "sacrifices for Germany", and his unending grievances against Jewish people, the rich and privileged, and anyone else he considered to be antithetical to his interests.

Add to that his unending problems with flatulence, and you have the perfect analog to spending time in the company of Trump, with his fecal incontinence problem.
