2004 me: Pretty good. What is going on in the future?

2024 me: (At the conclusion of a 10 hour conversation) Well, um, one of Dick Cheney's daughters introduced a candidate for President today, in Ripon Wisconsin.

2004 me: Um, why should I be interested in that?

2024 me: Well....
