He is saying that the Biden and Harris campaigns and FEMA can not rely on just a handful of spokespeople to counteract the FIREHOUSE OF LIES coming from maga about their disaster response. He is warning that they are already late to the party and need to hit these lies hard and often.

They have the money to get their message out. The truth is helpful to them, but so is showing that cheato and vance are liars. Let's go!
