Not good!
Not the worst thing to have leak (The published LD[lo] is 600ppm) but still highly irritating & very bad for people with any form of respiratory limitations.
It limits oxygen uptake.
I've worked with it at lab bench scale several times. Always in a hood, always with an emergency respirator hanging on my neck.
