are the expected human response, they can be absolutely detrimental to the path forward.
I'm just as disappointed as anyone else, but being disappointed is a lot different that preaching about camps, Nazis, and the end of Democracy. Maybe some just need to get the anger out of their system, and I can accept that. But we should all commit to regroup ourselves very quickly, leave this behind, and and then start looking for the path forward. What we've done (as a whole) for a very long time now has only hurt us. We should think about that and decide if it's worth continuing on by doing the same things.
I've seen a lot of "I'll never accept xxxx" lately. I hope that is just the temporary anger, because if we are to have any hope of regaining control of this ship, we are going to have to make concessions with people we do not agree with on some things. We are going to have to accept some things that we do not agree with. If we do not, we will be left with absolutely nothing. And no, nobody likes that, not even the other side, but that is exactly how our system of government was designed, and we are going to have to get back to working with what we DO have, rather than demanding absolutes that we will never have.
