3. As extreme as this SCOTUS is, they have yet to set aside anything written in the constitution

Ignore stare decisis? Absolutely.

Legislate from the bench? Everyday and twice on Sundays.

Interpret the intentions of the founders centuries later, within their ideological biases? Sure.

But to set aside the 25th amendment’s specific, concrete limits on the number of terms a president can serve?

That would instantly render the court irrelevant and powerless. If any amendment can be ignored or overruled, they all can.

They’re not going to do that, even under martial law.

Anyone who claims they will is not a serious, rational person.

If another 9/11 scale attack occurs on Trump’s watch, there will be a congressional investigation, and if any of the loonies were confirmed for intelligence, FBI or defense, their heads will be on the chopping block.

Trump’s term will end no later than January 20, 2029.
