It's been horrifying to observe the mistreatment of our northern friends. Just unbelievable, obscene!

Furthermore, it's very deranged and punitive for "him" to penalize Canada for recognizing a Palestinian State while totally ignoring that the U.K., France and Spain (at least those nations) are likely to do it as well. To use tariffs for political coercion (as he is also obviously doing in the case of Brazil) puts the lie to his justification that they are only imposed for economic benefit.

His treatment of Canada will be a stain it will take generations to recover from. It's simply one of the dumbest, meanest, most poorly motivated things he's done.
