He is doing anything he wants because he owns the Legislative branch, owns the judicial branch, he is sending the military into the states, the only ones to stop him are we, the unwashed Americans.

He just invited Putin to America and that got very little push back. Putin has a warrant out for his arrest in Europe, but here in America he is welcomed.
