"A 2-year-old child required medical care after inhaling the chemical agents—adults were vomiting on the sidewalk.

Local elementary school was forced to lock down for recess due to the presence of agents.

The incident occurred close to Funston Elementary School in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois."
