She's ot to have seen war scenes in movies, enough of them to know that war means big fires, lots of smoke, ambulances that can be heard for miles, and plenty of gunfire.

Guess she thinks people were overturning trash cans to hid the moke and using pop bottle silencers on all the guns.

Dumber and dumber, the dumbfuckery seems to proceed into infinity in this administration.
