44. Why aren't neighbors' cars in place, ready to follow these vans? That's part of civilian surveillance.

Why in heaven's name don't civilians follow these vans when people are hauled off to "unknown locations." Why don't neighbors volunteer to track these vans to their locations?

Just videos of these actions aren't enough. These black baggers must be followed. And while following, the drivers should speed dial 911 to give their locations, and speed dial the Chicago DA's office.
