12. The Qatari airbase intrigues me.

Both why they would want one, and why we'd let them have it. Well, okay, there are 400 million reasons for the latter, so that's really no mystery. But why does Qatar want an airbase in Idaho? I can think of a few reasons, all of them criminal.
