10. My area has no crime....except for Halloween and twice a year when we have garage sales

My car was hit 10 years ago on Halloween. Now it seems more quiet. Our immediate area is higher end so people use to drive in and line the streets. Along with this came a lot of petty theft. So…I kinda get this.
