I'm so sick and tired of hearing from the mouth pieces for the gun lobby say after mass shootings or even everyday gun violence " well, Chicago, New York, Washington D.C. (or any other state or locality with strict gun laws) that the strict gun laws don't prevent these shootings
As if we are all morons. Neighboring states or even states further away with very lenient or nonexistent gun laws are where these guns come from. You can travel the interstate and, if you follow the traffic laws, you can bring any of these guns into a strict gun law state without a problem..
The proof of gun laws working is the state of Hawaii. No interstate reaches there by car. They have the strictest laws and the lowest gun violence in the US.
Until we have common sense, national gun laws, we will have to live (or die) with this awful madness.
