7. Middleaged male, never owned a gun, have no desire to have dangerous weapons in my household.

I believe that people should have the choice to own a gun for self defense, and or hunting.

I also believe we need restrictions and registrations, to limit and control who can and can't own a gun, what types of guns can be allowed, what types of gun accessories should be allowed. All gun sales in every state should require a complete background check including psych evaluation and violent behavior history, with no exceptions. Assault weapons should be banned, high capacity magazines should be banned, specialized ammunition such as high velocity rounds and hollow points, should be banned.

Law officers should not have to worry about being out-gunned by criminals who benefit from gun makers proliferating assault style weapons to the market. Neither should movie goer's, state politicians, nor school children be afraid that some crazy person could have the capacity to mow them down with weapons of mass death.
