5. I've concluded that those who only listen to podcasts are getting very fragmented information.

I find more value in the curated news from public media, with the addition of the most effective writers on Substack (especially Christopher Armitage).

It's a worse trend even than music streaming services which don't connect you to local weather emergencies or other local information, IMO.
