... you're absolutely right that neither he, nor anyone else in his confederacy of dunces, thought that far ahead. But then, the Orange Tumor has never thought beyond the end of his Captain Toad-shaped johnson. But you can be sure that he's delighted with the chaos he's caused; that's what he lives for. The turmoil in the Middle East is spreading like wildfire, and soon engulf Europe as well, in all likelihood.
The law of unintended consequences is about to go supernova.
