His solution to the housing crisis is to concede it to the real estate industry. Yimby Action, Anundant Housing Illinois, and Strong Towns Chicago are shills for the real estate industry. JB seems to love these groups and their ideas on housing. Unlike Jb and the aforementioned groups I am not a fan of supply side economics when applied to housing. His and their ideas about solving the housing crisis are very worrisome.
