56. Oh, I just scratched the surface on its cranky ways, and those of publishing in general

This software package is also capable of a whole lot more (e.g., batch operations etc.), which I hope I'll never have to find out about.

Luckily, my partner is also a copy-editor, so we can cry on each others' shoulders/rant, and we can relate to the various issues and frustrations of this line of work.

Normal partners would probably eventually just tell us to go and get lives.
