The rethugs of Centre County are pissed (more that I even realized) that Sandusky was nurtured and protected for this long, and they have been eyeing Corbett. And almost every teabaggery type legislation (outside of voter suppression) that was presented by Corbett (e.g., privatizing the state stores, privatizing the lottery, etc) has actually been thwarted by a hardcore group of non-teabagger socially-conservative rethugs.

I have heard a few names floated for the D side to run against Corbett, including believe or not, Casey, but the state party here really really really needs to be massively engaged and stay engaged in getting the type of turnout seen during the Presidential election.
