Where are the reps from Florida, Texas, LA, Midwest draught areas, and so forth and so forth who come crying for help for THEIR situation?

Any state that ever got help should have empathetic reps who would have pushed this strenuously.

Sometimes voting on a disaster is a uniting factor and may have helped Boener rather than hurt him, damn the costs...
