...DOJ relies on grand juries to recommend charges before bringing them forward.
Besides, that case was summarily dismissed by the Trump-friendly judge overseeing it.
Amazing how anyone can look at how amenable the courts were to Trump and conclude that ANY simple prosecution was going to advance past them.
