She endorsed Platner when she suspended her campaign. If shes had a change of heart, she should withdraw her endorsement and resume campaigning, not play cutesy semantic word games.
Swallwell suspended his campaign, should he remind California voters he is still on the ballot?
The reason candidates use the term suspended when dropping out, rather than terminated or some other more definitive term is for legal reasons.
Suspending a campaign still allows a campaign to raise funds in order to pay debts, including payroll for staff.
