1. I don't think the court system knows what to do

DOJ, courts, and legal system have been pretty much on the same side since Reconstruction. Plus the judges are getting conflicting signals from the Roberts Court. No one knows what they will decide.

Blanche and Noem were whitewashing Minnesota. That was enough.
