2. I have mixed views on this

Yesterday

in general none of my fucking business. HOWEVER...a partner doing it? uh, no. me doing it behind a partners back? no. somebody purporting to be some kind of a leader? well, obviously that is more complicated. would prefer leadership to be ethical, moral types of people. so then it goes to circumstances. it goes to maturity and judgement. the guy in question could genuinely be growing up before our eyes. or he could be full of shit.
