Yesterday

The 80 year old in failing cognitive and physical healthy needs to be distracted all day with shiny objects.

Today's version is his 'many people are saying' relates to further damaging our nation's mall in D.C.

I want to know the following:

i) results of his 4 'aced' cognitive tests.

ii) if those results show that he is 'below' a certain line, then does that then meet applicable law's definition of 'legal incapacity.'

** I suspect he's closer to not having 'legal capacity' than what is known and if that's the case, then WHEN was this line crossed.
