39. Trump attacks everyone. He uses a grab-bag of alliterative, memorable, simple words.

They have to have hard consonants: "stupid", "corrupt", "sleepy", "crooked".

Because he has no shame, and knows he never has to explain himself, he just lies. He has no idea if that person is corrupt. He DGAF, he is just putting them on the defense.

Since he started a stupid war, he's tied with Putin for the Worst Person in the World.
