For one thing, these guys have a preponderance of evidence which *they produced themselves* linking them to the crime. If that were the case for all Gitmo detainees they would have already been tried. And let's not even get into the difference in protective support networks and resources between a white male football player with well connected parents (as most of the perps are), and a likely impoverished, quite possibly illiterate detainee in an unfamiliar land with no access to legal representation.

I am not calling for extra-legal measures to punish these animals. I said upthread that, while I might have my own fantasies about vigilante justice, I would not act on them; and I hope who ever does end up in charge of their punishment is more levelheaded than me. But I have no problem exposing them; they already exposed themselves.
