This guy claimed the PD was improper in their application of force against civilians and showed an depraved and callous disregard for their lives.
He killed people he had no right to kill, applying deadly force which he claims is justified by PD misconduct and that he wants deep change, and is willing to continue to kill, no doubt to get it.
Then we have the two women shot by PD, with the excuse for such action being trying to apprehend the killer. One who has reserved the right to himself of judge, jury and executioner and says he is waging war on the PD by means of these weapons to use lethal force.
Something has gotta give, maybe there will be PD changes, or it will be treated as a crime and a manhunt for a killer. Some think this story is bigger than just following a criminal, they see something political here.
I can't grasp the totality of that view, in light of the fact that he killed civilians, which makes him a criminal, not a warrior as some may see him being...
