10. I cannot make sense of this...have customers deliver to customers?

Whaaaat? I do not want some stranger showing up at my home who is not either a UPS person, a FedEx person or a postal employee..at least they are EMPLOYEED and less likely to steal that which they are supposed to deliver?

I guess this is sorta like a pizza delivery person...only they are if not employees, contractors...they do not use customers to make deliveries...IS THIS INSANE OR WHAT?

I recon WalMart knows their customers are poor and desperate..so they can abuse even them?
