That's a cute way to look at it though.

A 10 year old with clothes that don't fit and no food doesn't have class aspirations he/she is just trying to get by until the next day. Someone with a mental disability long forgotten by the system doesn't necessarily have aspirations of 3 bedroom home in the suburbs with DVR and a new SUV, they just long for a comfortable existence and someone to take the time to treat them like a person.

Poor is real, poverty is real.
