1. Sounds good. What does the writer mean when referring to "Agreements" in the headline?

I don't have a problem with masks if the people aren't using them to take actions that are against the will of the GA and against the conscience of the Occupy movement. I.e. if people are using them to avoid being photographed and/or harrassed due to their photograph appearing online. The vast majority of the people I've seen wearing bandannas and Anon masks fall in the latter category.
