including Wall Street, (the Occupy Wall Street movement, for example) as evidenced by its organized disruption, harassment, assaults, pepper-spraying, and arrests, among others. Those who oppose the establishment's policies or actions are unconstitutionally treated as the enemy under the thinly-veiled guise of order and public safety.
