17. I don't rate people high or low much.

Which is why I end up with 50-60%, which is somewhat positive.
I had WBush pegged at 30-40%.

The reason being is that I still tend to look at a whole, with positives and negatives.

Obama to me is a net positive, not highly positive, but at least it is not negative.

However, if I am doing grading as in school grade-wise. I'd peg him at the low 70s, as a C-.
