They can't do this. There is NO negotiating with these clowns. They want Obamacare to end NOW! Fuck them. Or Obama can use the 14 amendment and of coarse get impeached by the house. But that impeachment would go into the 2014 elections. I say, let them do it.
How many GOP members will be left in the house? They'll be lucky to hold 100.
