Not too long after posting this OP I went to bed as I work a midnite shift.
I really enjoyed reading all of your responses! I see much hope and a bit of varely hanging in there too!
I appreciate the kind words and the thoughtful replies.
If there comes a point any of you tireless but occasionally discouraged southern progressives get discouraged, remember there are many of us in red strongholds sprinkled throughout everywhere else who are right there with you!
