Here's what didn't:
The drug protocol piece which endangers women was challenged but the judge upheld it.
The piece that requires the unnecessary and onerous physical plant requirements to be the same as ambulatory surgical centers wasn't challenged. It goes into effect in 2014 and if not challenged or if challenged and upheld, it will close most TX abortion clinics
the 20 week cutoff date for almost all abortions.
Lots of very bad law still intact.
