would be against the idea to begin with. But for this to work we have to increase the pool size to reduced the risk which is why I am surprised many members of the Democratic party do not understand this. Still, we just have to be patient and with calm, explain why it is imperative to increase this pool for the greater good.

After the costs of adjudicating claims, etc., at best there is roughly 10% for risk and profits
