Yes, people do change their minds at the last minute and yes it is a pain in the butt if they are not the last ones as that means those behind her can not jump. But WHAT THE FUCK? Over and over he pries her hands off the door as she says "no no no".

My first couple jumps were very difficult to do, to leave the plane. But if someone had forced me when I said no, good lord. Whoever the fuck this was should get their asses sued. Seriously. I don't care how old you are, that was wrong in so many ways.

And being 80? They are lucky as hell she didn't get hurt worse than she did.
