Hello! Some of the misunderstandings in this case due to the differences between our legal systems, which – oversimplified – in British law “charges” in a relatively early stage of the process and where the Pre-action then begins. In Sweden we do the opposite, we conduct a preliminary investigation which, when completed ends in “åtal”, – “indictment”.
