delivered a theme called Rats back in the 90s -
Aristocrats
Technocrats
Bureaucrats
Gutter Rats
etc

It was the first thing that crossed my mind when I saw this thread.
Minshall was the designer for the Opening Ceremony of the Barcelona Olympics back in 92.
