The DOJ should confront this as it will likely violate nearly all EEOC rules. Remember, EEOC means Equal Employment Opportunity Commission so it based on employment issues.

But it does mean that discrimination against "target" groups regarding employment will surely be violated in general. then there is a whole sector of federal contractors who are subject to rules that are generally more focused. In fact some landmark SCOTUS decisions are based on federal contractors in AZ.
