A certain someone is angry that another certain someone's SIGNATURE policy is killing the first someone's wife, as he sees it.
Like it or not the SIGNATURE policy of that certain someone looks awfully like it belongs to that someone and that that someone is responsible for it. So for anybody hurting because of that policy it is logical to blame the author of that policy.
The argument over the benefits of the SIGNATURE policy are moot as the policy is still killing the first someone's wife as he sees it. I understand the first someone's anger whilst it may be misplaced in the grand scheme of things, I fail to see how any compassionate person could fault the first someones rage.
Just take it as it is and let it flow.
