That is a problem, a pretty big one. It's too bad our country didn't have the foresight to nip this in the bud before it got so out of control. But there you have it, too late now. Sadly I don't have any bright ideas on how to fix this, no idea where we go from here. A little bit at a time I suppose, as long as the progress we have doesn't get torn down by the other side.

I guess what I was trying to say is I don't expect "free" healthcare and I don't think hfojvt wants that either. I just think that those of us against the mandate wouldn't mind a tax mandate that is affordable for all and can be used by all, because if imposed by the government who is not out for profit would be more successful in helping everyone. But I totally get what you mean about the whole empire.
