Glenn Greenwald To Receive Courage Award

52. What's wrong with pomposity? To be a public figure it's almost a requirement. Not that I agree,

Greenwald might never have been heard from other than those who followed him throughout the Bush years when he told the truth about that criminal organization, had BOA not been looking to award a contract out on him, a small blogger at the time, for a SMEAR CAMPAIGN.

As happens often, the whole thing backfired on HB Gary, bidding on that contract for a smear campaign against Greenwald. But it's clear that SOMEONE got the contract. Although I have to say they are not doing a very good job. Greenwald climbs higher and higher in the world of Journalism all the time.

Just goes to show you, sometimes it doesn't pay to take out contracts on Journalists in order to try to smear them and thus discredit them to try to hide your criminal activities. Sometimes it's better not to give them that kind of intense attention.

I hope they're not paying too much of our tax dollars on the Greenwald smear campaign, it isn't working very well.
