Being rendered to a state of paranoia is a lot different from being smoked under the table. I won't reply after this post, but lets just say, if you are getting stoned, then just keep on getting stoned, then one day when and if you do wake up, you might wonder where your life went. But more likely than not (it would be like most other stoners i have known in my life), it is that mostly you won't remember that much about it.
My brother was a stoner for a good part of his life and i can see that has gave him a moderate amount of cognitive dysfunction and that mostly he will never recover from. Maybe some other stoners might have better luck with the long term effects of chronic abuse of pot, but i wouldn't hold my breath waiting for it
