including the so-called stand your ground--have disparate impacts on people of color because they are applied unfairly. Sentencing is another example, which is why I don't and won't support the legalization of marijuana until people of color are pardoned for serving long jail terms for simple possession, with FULL citizenship rights restored.
If you can't understand the significance of what the OP's illustration signifies, that's not my problem. I'm happy that others in this thread do.
