2. BTW there was some extra drama with Ladys attorney being placed in custody by the judge....

Matt was released from Custody.

The Judge Gene Heintz would not allow him to put on a defense case.

The judge would not consider the Facial Insufficiency motion and deemed Lady a dangerous dog without allowing any defense witnesses.
Matt actually asked the judge how much he was being paid to not allow him to present his case.

Matt asked the Judge Gene Heintz what authority he had to refuse him the right to present a defense and judge Gene Heintz refused to answer.

Matt got Greg McCarthy to admit on the stand that he has shot and killed several dogs.

Matt is leaving the courthouse now and next steps will start immediately.

Never in the history of the practice of law has something like this happened. This is a complete miscarriage of Justice.
